How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details. You can also check updates from your My Orders page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through Razorpay, including UPI, cards, net banking and supported wallets.
How long does delivery take?
Standard products usually ship within 2-5 business days. Delivery can take 7-30 business days depending on product type and location.
Can I customize a product?
Yes. Many wooden gifts can be personalized with names, logos or messages depending on the product surface and design.
Do you offer bulk or corporate gifting?
Yes. We support bulk orders, branded gifts, hampers and corporate gifting programs with dedicated assistance.
What is your return policy?
Returns are considered for damaged or incorrect products. Customized products are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Most corporate gifting orders start from 25 units. For premium wooden products, we can suggest the best MOQ based on the product and engraving requirement.
Can you ship to individual employee addresses?
Yes. We can support bulk dispatch to one location or split delivery across multiple addresses, depending on the order size and timeline.
How long does production take?
Standard production usually takes 7-15 business days after design approval. Larger quantities or custom packaging may need extra time.
Do you handle packaging and inserts?
Yes. We can plan gift boxes, sleeves, tags, cards and branded inserts to match your campaign.
Is GST invoice provided?
Yes. GST invoice and purchase-order based fulfilment can be supported for corporate orders.

What is the minimum order I can place?
We start from as low as 1 piece for most products to up to 5000+.
Can my company logo be engraved on the products?
Absolutely, laser engraving is available on almost all our products. Your logo, clean and precise, right on the wood.
Will I get to see the product before bulk production starts?
Always. We never go into full production without your approval. A physical or digital sample is shared first, you say go, then we go.
How long will it take to deliver my bulk order?
Typically 7-15 working days, depending on the quantity and level of customization. We always share a clear timeline upfront.
Do you provide a GST invoice for bulk orders?
Yes, a proper GST invoice is provided for every bulk and corporate order.
Do you deliver outside my city?
We deliver Pan India, including metros, tier 2 and tier 3 cities.
